If you are prescribed a medication that you are supposed to inject (I can only think of a couple they would give you outside of a hospital setting), you cannot take it another way. If it is meant to be injected, it will only be effective administered in that way. You can't just pour insulin in milk and drink it-it doesn't work that way. You can open a pill capsule and pour the contents into liquid, because you are still taking it orally, but medications need to be taken the way they are supposed to be. Chiropractors cannot prescribe medications.....why don't you talk to the prescribing doctor about this, not a chiropractor.

I feel stupid posting this for strangers but I have no one to talk to here. My husband is controlling and jealous to the EXTREME. We met when I was 17, Im now 25, and I let him play the father role, my fault, I know. We marrd 3 yrs ago and he has gotten worse. my father died as a result of an auto accident over a year ago, we did put the thing in paper to settle his bills, no creditors came forward. now medicare is refusing to pay the bills. the man involved in the accident gets out of it all because of the shoddy investigation done by the highway patrol in that state.are the beneficiaries of the estate responsible for the bills just now being sent, or did these bills die when dad died.due to thje investigation being so badly done we aren't able to ign any blame to the truck driver, but picturs clearly show his front end being damaged, but the authorites say after 30 days no accident report can be ammended or changed.the truck drivers truck was never seen by the officer investigating the accident but they have witness's saying this truck was right up on dads rear and very close.the truck driver denied being behind my dad, the truck driver clearly caused dad's vehicle to go out of control, causing the accident, now the truck driver has just informed us he intends to sue,the insurance company is going to settle because they say it would cost too much to take it to trial.when the accident occured we never questioned a thing, but when we received the pictures of the man's truck the pictures told the whole story but since so much time has ped, its impossibble to go back and change anything.so the man who caused my father's death is able to sue us, the highway patrol says they made a mistake but are not going to change the report.so if a loved one is in an accident and the report doesn't look right, insist they investigate further if not it could cause heartache and a lawsuite later on.

Am a 42 year old woman in perimenopause.I have been on treadmill faithfully 8 weeks for 45-55 min 6 days a week. Warm up 5 min (2 min @ 2.8mph and 3 min @ 3.2 mph) then do 35 min (16 min@ 4.6 mph jog and rest at 3.6 mph, jog time is not all at once..is 3.5 min X 4 +2 min with walking breaks in between). Do a five min cool down same as warm up;total distance usually 2.93 miles. Can't seem to get my heart rate up beyond 75bpm even during the jog times; yesterday I increased my mph during jog to 5.7 and still didn't get it to target heart rate (115-140) I already limit starchy carbs. I have been measuring target areas, (arm flab, waist, upper hips, lower hips, chest and top of thigh) and in 8 weeks very little improvement in anything; don't have scale, but weight not dropping, either. Nothing moves..Between July 2003-Feb 2006 lost 65 lbs. on Atkins with virtually no exercise, gained 20 back with new man who likes meat and potatoes..now married..Getting hopeless..Please help

Hey all, I like trying new jobs in hoping to find the one that fits. Right now I like my job, but I know there is more out there and I'm going to college majoring in Criminal Justice/Psychology, but I have also applied to a selective English degree program(dream shot). I guess I am indecisive, and I hate it for everyone involved. I would like more pay and better hours to see my husband. I'm currently a waitress and I have various experience in other fields. I know it doesnt look good me leaving these jobs(the one I really like that I had, I can't get back because they aren't hiring). I just know that what I learn in college(even though good), isn't going to be the real world. I love dealing with the public, I'm a quick learner and a very hard worker and have left on good terms. I'm looking at applying to 2 different jobs, a jailer and a medical record secretary. I just want to see what is out there, what do you think about this? p.s. Temping is not available in my area!

I think i might have prenatal depression?

When my husband and I found out we were pregnant with our son we were thrilled! We were just moving into a new house, and it was right before christmas.. after trying for nearly 3 years. Now its much different. I am still very thrilled about my son but there have been a LOT of changes in our lives, excluding the pregnancy. I was having a lot of cramping the 1st tri so i quit my job. Husband now works long hours at 2 jobs. Took my 4 year old daughter out of daycare and now she is home with me 24/7 and is making me crazy, my mom is going through menopause and i can barely stand to talk to her, as we used to be very close, and my sister moved in with us. As if the lack of wasnt already enough, that makes it even worse. I cant sleep at night (obviously or i woldnt have time to write this) i feel like i can never get any housework done. I feel like my life has taken a 180 and i just want to break don and cry. At least I only have about 10 weeks left! Hopefully postpartum doesnt hit me!

Propane on BBQ used super fast?

I have a 2 burner Charbroil BBQ I have only had for about a month and grilled on it about 8 times average of 35min each time and already gone through 2 tanks of gas. I know propane goes further then this and Know! << I am not leaking gas or leaving the tank on. A couple nights ago it looked like the propane was empty then earlier today i fired it up and i had great flame and the gauge read full propane tonight i was going to grill and i got very small to no flame and the gauge read empty again i didn't leave the tank on. Authenticity of unknown North Face hoodie name?

I purchased a North Face boys fleece hoodie today from Plato's Closet. I bought it on a whim as it was only $18 and I have found authentic items there at great prices. I compared it with the girls Khumbu fleece jacket I purchased at 's Sporting Goods this past winter. The fleece on the unknown one is considerably thinner. I also looked at the logo. There are no lines connecting the letters like a lot of the fake ones have. The font also seems to be correct. There are no stray threads, except for one or two on the inner pockets. The rest of the stitching on the inside is tight and even. The outer pockets are angled similar to those on my Khumbu jacket but these ones do not have a zipper. There are three white inner neck tags, a smaller one that has the North Face logo and says boys/garcons with the size in a rectangular box below it. It also says where it was made. Most likely they are spider mites which are common plant pest in your area from late spring to mid fall. They are only worried about sucking the blood from your plants so you don't have to worry about them bugging you too much. They are bug to kill, but it's best that you get rid of them as they can take over (they are probably being kept down by those monthly sprayings) I would go and get something from yo local nursery and spray about every other day. If you have anything sensitive or edible, I would take a mild soap(like laundry detergent) water, and if you have a juicer or food processor some garlic(pulverize the garlic you really only need the juice or oil, the garlic is optional) and spray your plants everyday with this mixture.(one part soap to about 4-5 parts water)

Why do my hands/wrists and forearms hurt from running?

i go to the gym daily, but whenever i run (treadmill) for 2 or more days in a row, my hands and wrists really hurt to move at all. it also effects my forearms but less so. Why am i so obsessed with this older man?

Hi there. Last semester i became infatuated with this older man who tutored at the community college i attend. He was not my tutor, just so you know. I saw him a lot both in the tutoring center and at the bus stop. I don't see him at all this semester. He was i am guessing, early forty's. I am a nineteen year old female. Yes i have always used those. bought them all from dollar stores. the two times i was pregnant i used them and they both came out positive (very faint) the first time was 3 days before my missed period and the second a little over my missed period but about a month after i had unprotected . i say you buy them because if its a negative, the expensive ones are a big waste of money. But if the cheap one comes out positive then its worth buying the expensive ones or just go to your doctors and there they will confirm your pregnancy. Some clinics have free pregnancy tests. by the way, clinics use the same as the ones you were referring to.

I was just wanting someone who has taken the road test to get their drivers license to drive a car to answer and let me know how it went and what exactly went on during the test. Please don't tell me to call and ask or "just go take it yourself" or anything like that. I just want someone to let me know how it all went down so that I can prepare myself more. I am a pretty good driver and can handle most situations while driving but the only thing I suck at is parallel parking. My brother (who is 24 but didn't even have to take his driving test because he was parent taught) said that they shouldn't even make me parallel park because no one around here ever has to parallel park and I agree but I have a feeling they're still going to make me do it. I have been afraid to take my test since I found out that the test is administered by a state trooper. Isn't that like a cop?? That makes me really nervous. Please don't tell me that I shouldn't be driving if I'm nervous. I'm not nervous about driving I'm nervous about taking my test. So if anyone could just answer and let me know what exactly they had to do on their test, what questions were asked, if they had to parallel park, etc. I'd like answers from people who have taken it at least in the last year because I know the rules do change sometimes.

ok so I understand the basis of card counting and the +/- number system but here is my question ... when counting are you also able to count the cards of the other players at the table or is it strictly between you and the dealer? (now this is where my blackjack question comes into play) so i have never played blackjack at a casino so i am unsure how it works, but when you are dealt, the first card is down while the second is up for all to see. So when does the first card get flipped? when you start to hit or stand etc and is this when you are able to count the cards else where on the table from other players?

What Works for Dry Skin?

i have had dry skin for a while now. Its mostly my legs and my feet. i have tried a few different moisturizers but they don't seem to improve my skin at all. My mom also has very dry skin but hers is worse. Her feet and hands get cracked because they are so dry. I think it is hereditary.
