Scar + Skin Problem Help Pleaeee? :)?

today i bought some palmers cocoa er + bio oil as i have some scars that i would like to go/fade i want them to go as soon as possible i want to use both these products so how do i use them both to get good results as soon as possible..i know how to put them on lol but i mean how many time would you suggest putting them on.thanks ill answer questions too :)
