Is this fair?????????

So I'm an older guy in boy scouts and I'm 16. In my troop there is this 13 year old kid who pretends like he is hot stuff and is always bragging that he has had and is just completely immature and as far as i can see he is oblivious.So the other day we were camping and my uncle decided to bring down my two year old cousin who i adore and look after for camping to watch him for the day. Basically i went down a lil to take a quick piss i come up and that kid is slapping my cousin and making him cry so that he could impress the other scouts that hes "tough" and thought it was funny. I broke his nose. And now i may be kicked out of the troop and he got a badge for "being a trooper" Bull. Is this fair like at all?
