(GUYS)Why does this guy stare into my eyes for so long?

he's done it every since he first saw me about three years ago. we were both hanging out with our friends. I turned around and he was staring at me. my friend and I left. next time he saw me was a year later because his friend was telling him he liked me. he ALWAYS stares into my eyes or at my face even when he thinks I'm not paying attention. all the time. if I smile at him he won't smile back he'll just keep staring this really weird deep stare. I'll turn around and he'll be staring at me. I'm pretty sure he's intrigued because I'm my exact opposite of who I was when he first saw me. I've never had a guy look at me like that. I looked back and I know this sounds corny but it really was like I was lost in his eyes or hypnotized or something. thing is I've had a friend say she's seen him look at other girls that way too. I don't know though..it seemed so special. then get this...I was at barnes & noble and this lady told me she was psychic and that I'd be with him.
