Do I have to restart this game?

I'm playing a somewhat old game for wii called The legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess. I am in the middle of collecting all the bugs for the Lanayru province and have a slight problem. I need to get back to Hyrule field (the one in lanayru province) in order to get the bug in Hyrule's capitol city. Unfortanately I can't warp to the north most portal in Eldin province because I didn't kill the twilight creatures I just ran away. I would just go back but I would need to hop a fence and I can't because I am in wolf form. Am I screwed? Or is there another way to get to the hyrule capitol city? If I'm not clear on my problem just say so and I will try to reword it. Thanks for your help.
