Should I take all these supplements?
My friend and I want to start working out and looking better during the summer. He looks online at bodybuilding websites and buys a variety of pills that have cost him nearly a hundred dollars now. These include glutamine, carnitine, creatine, green tea, yohimbe, and various others. I am just wondering if these are really necessary to get a better physique. Something about ingesting so many pills just doesnt seem right (or healthy) to me. I'm trying to stick to healthy eating and focus in the gym to get my results. Should I also take all these pills or should I stick to what I am doing?
