Think I have a U tract infection, I'm pg what can I do?

Also, I'm due on Nov. 3 so how many weeks does that make me? It has been 10 yrs since my last pg is this like first pg all over or does my body remember? I know these ques may sound ig. but my doc appt is not sched for a couple of weeks yet.
