Will two people with poor credit be able to buy a home?

My aunt is selling her home for 185,000. she lowered the cost from 195,000. My Husband, Mom, Brother and I would like to try (keyword) to buy the house but we all are trying to work through some credit issues. we all have poor credit and 2 have very poor credit. is there options for us? we all make pretty good incomes and my husband and I are paying monthly for a 2007 honda we bought brand new with a co signer. we haven't been late in the last 2 years of owning the car. will this help that there are four adults paying into the home even though are credit sucks? or the fact that my husband and I are paying on time payments for a brand new car? we'd probley only be using my husband and I on the loan because we have the higher of the two. mines 569 and his is 529 for credit scores.
