Need a second opinion LT for Williams, henry, welker?

That's a real tough one. I'd be tempted to do it because with the trade you will still have 2 solid #1 running backs in benson and henry as well as TO, R. Williams, and H. Ward at receiver. I'd keep Welker on my bench and drop curtis.
