i go to court next month i really im scared my first time to deal with this when accident happen i did not say anything and went to er this is what witness said vehicle #1 which is me was going straight across from hwy 52to hwy 296 vehicle#2 was attempting to make a left turn to continue east on hwy 52 where i was coming out vehicle #1 which is me did not stop at stop sign .as shown by the skid marks.and hit vehicle#2 in the drivers side. both vehicles came to rest as shown above even if i did not stop at sign why would the old man pull out in front of me and how do i no witness is telling the truth
