Is there a program that can search CAD files by a Key Word withing the file or drawing?

Probably not. CAD files are vector graphics created mathematically. That's why they can be enlarged, everything is just multiplied by X. The test will be the same, not ASCII as is the norm. Search routines usually search ASCII code only.
