Is she really worth the wait?

So me and my girlfriend have been living together in her father's house for about 3 years and everything has been great between us but now her dad is telling us that he is giving up the lease so we have to move out. Naturally I thought me and my gf would get a place together but she is telling me that she doesn't feel comfortable doing that. Im seriously upset after all we've been through she tells me that she loves me and cares for me but she just isn't felling "that special feeling" with me yet but she said that even if we don't live together she wants us to still see each other and date but Im thinking is it really worth it to give up more of my time, after I've already sacrificed so much for her, to wait around for her to see me as that special guy for her? I mean I love her a lot and would do anything for her but this just sucks to be in love with someone for so long and find out that they aren't "in love" with you.
