Is it right time to give better representation to developing countries like India?

Yes, India should be given the seat in Security council and G8 countries as well. As far as I know most of the Security council countries have extended their support for a permanent seat for India, India had been invited in G8 summits many time in past. It definitely shows the presence of India at international level.
