Can I choose what replacement phone I get through Asurion Insurance?

Unfortunately no. Usually what they'll do is replace you with the same model, but if they don't have that phone in stock, they will offer a phone that is comparable to your phone feature wise, such as camera, video capture, Windows Mobile, etc.
