Anyone else have fatigue as their only symptom in early pregnancy?

ME! Before I even knew I was pregnant I was just so tired. Like more then normal. For the longest time I ocitated it with just taking care of my son who is 16 months old, but after a while even my fiance started to wonder what was up. It wasnt till another week later that a small case of nausa hit me at the most random time that I decided to take a test. Now I am expecting my second little boy!
